Free Dental Care Coming To WAWM Schools

During the school year, FREE dental services will be available to students in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District.

DentaMed Healthcare will provide dental screenings and restorative dental care to any student, regardless of whether the student is uninsured or insured by another organization.  Using a state-of-the-art mobile dental unit, Dentamed Healthcare will provide:

  • Dental Screening (evaluation of teeth)

  • Dental Cleaning (cleaning teeth, providing sealant)

  • Dental Restoration (filling cavities, minor extractions)


To sign your child up for for free dental care:

  • Pick up a Consent Form and Medical History Form in your school Main Office or go online to > Parents > Parent Resources >Forms to download the forms. HERE

  • Complete the Consent Form and Medical History Form and return it to your School Main Office.

  • Once the forms are received, parents will be notified when the mobile dental clinic will be at school.
